We´re here in Quito, Ecuador, and all is well. Our homestay family is fantastic, our program coordinator is a great guy, and I don´t think that I´ll ever have the urge to murder my fellow teachers. Yesterday we ate the traditional dish, Caldo de Pata, which means ¨feet broth,¨and is, you guessed it, cow´s hoof soup and is delicious. I´m not sure how this is going to work since I still haven´t finished my China posts yet but I think I´ll just churn them out as they come.
